I’m Karen Corey, a small business owner of 20+ years. I have diversified interests that I succeed in making a living by. Currently I own Corey’s Referrals , a marketing/advertising business and CoreyHealth.com , nutritional/fitness specialty and reflexology services.
My health business was born out of necessity. I had suffered from lymphedema. In 1986, I found reflexology to help as well as other natural remedies to pretty much relieve all symptoms. But that’s for after when the swelling occurred. I continued to search out natural remedies to eliminate the swelling nutritionally. I had a very good doctor that encouraged me to seek out all natural therapies, she was adamant in her belief that my lymphedema was controllable, if not in fact, something I could eliminate. Just to make myself clear, I developed lymphedema in my right foot after an unfortunate horse jumping accident in 1984. Over the years and many trials & tribulations, my diligence has paid off.
As a Fitness/Nutrition Specialist, I am extremely conscious of my diet and the effects of certain products. I think we all have tried different diet plans, such as following your Blood type, which is good. But one day, I received a phone call “out of the blue” as they would say, and was introduced to yet another product. Even though I was told this is a Medical breakthrough and scientifically backed up by the StemCell research community, I tend to remain unsure until I do a little investigating on my own. Well, I did in fact try it.
It’s Ceres Living, a division of NeoStem, and their product - AIO . Helping my lymphedema is one fantastic result, but I can truly say that I have noticed many other healthy benefits. One in particular is my mental clarity. I always feel like my head clears up after taking it. You know, that mid-afternoon energy slump? And I am extremely sensitive to many commercially made products with preservatives, etc. So I am well aware of when my body doesn’t like something or when you get that “rush” feeling (like the jitters) But this is NOT the case with AIO.
Researching it further, adult stem health and DNA repair potential is great with AIO also. Aches, pains, minor cuts/bruises all seem to heal faster now. I have more energy and LOVE how I feel about getting things done. Not something you notice right away, you just end up realizing that you get more done in a focused manner. Since I love to multi task, this is a bonus to taking AIO. I generally take between 1-2 ounces a day. But here’s the catch, it’s totally natural and it is a dietary FOOD supplement, an actual FOOD, not a diluted drink or something (I’ve tried those too). I am a stickler on believing that providing the right foods in their natural forms is far more effective & “bio-available” for your body than looking for that “miracle” supplement. I have not been sick with colds or flu, since starting AIO. This overall wellness and having my lymphedema controlled is a wonderful blessing. My whole family takes it now. I insist, just like my doctor back in 1984 insisted, to take your natural health journey into your own hands. By the way, my little grandson loves it. He just gets a little bit, but with his minor autistic behavioral symptoms, we all see huge improvement with him as well.
And did I mention that my doctors’ checkup visits are healthy & normal?
